Returns Policy

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that refunds are for the cost of the item(s) only and do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and customers may be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Personalized or customized items

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

8. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be applied to returns of certain items, particularly large or special-order items. Any applicable restocking fees will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Return Address: Please ship returns to the address provided by our customer support team along with your RMA number. Returns sent to any other address may experience delays in processing.

10. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on our website.
